KINDS OF DATA PROCESSED
Browsing data
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures, used to operate the Website, acquire certain personal data the transmission of which to the data controller is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third-parties, allow users to be
identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses of the requested resources in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working correctly; it is deleted after processing. The data could be used to establish responsibility for potential cybercrime against the Website: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this Website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other eventual personal data insert in the message. Specific summary notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the Website predisposed for particular services on request.
COOKIES
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files of text that the websites visited by the user transfer to the browser – computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc. – where they are stored to be retransmitted to the same websites in occasion of the next visit by the same user. Two macro-categories are identified: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The Website FORYOU HQ include also certain components transmitted by Google Analytics, a web analytics service of web traffic provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). In this case these are third-party cookies collected and managed anonymously to monitor and improve the performance of the host website (performance cookies).
Google Analytics uses cookies to gather and analyze anonymously the information on the use behavior of the Website FORYOU HQ (including the user’s IP address). This information is collected by Google Analytics, which processes it in order to prepare reports for FORYOU HQ operators regarding the activities on the websites themselves. This Website does not use (and does not allow third-parties to use) the Google analysis tool to monitor or collect personal identification information. Google does not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google nor does it attempt to link an IP address with
the identity of a user. Google may also transfer this information to third-parties where required to do so by law, or where such third-parties process the information on Google’s behalf.

The use of c.d. session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient browsing of the Website. C.d. session cookies used on this Website avoid the use of other potentially prejudicial information-technology techniques that could compromise the privacy of users’ browsing and do not allow the acquisition of users’ personal identification data.

E-COMMERCE COOKIES
Our e-commerce uses cookies for the management of the shopping bag:
– woocommerce_cart_hash
– woocommerce_items_in_cart
– wp_woocommerce_session

The first two cookies contain information on the overall cart and help Woocomerce manage the update of the shopping bag when the products are added / removed. The third cookie contains a univocal code for each user of the site in order to recognize each visitor’s shopping bag data. No personal data is acquired through the use of these cookies.

THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
By visiting a website you can receive cookies from both the visited website (“owners”) and from websites managed by other organizations (“third-parties”). A remarkable example is represented by the presence of “social plugins” for Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest and Linkedin. They are parts of the visited page generated directly by the previously mentioned websites and integrated into the host’s website page. The most common use of social plugins is aimed at sharing content on social networks. The presence of these plugins includes the transmission of cookies from and to all websites managed by third-parties. The management of the information collected by third-parties is governed by the relative information to which we ask to use as reference. To ensure greater transparency and convenience, the following are the web addresses of the various policies and the management mode of cookies:
